We can study anytime and select the e-learning courses that match our requirement. Best of all, the fees are payable only if you buy the e-learning courses. If we decided to complete the degree, then only you need to pay the assessment fee and graduation fee. If we are only interested in knowledge, we are not require to pay the assessment + graduation fee. I think it is fair.
